Terms of use

Conditions for using Memford’s shared project memory service.

Updated 6 October 2026

Provider and service

Memford is provided by Datargo GmbH, Omniturm, Neue Mainzer Straße 52–58, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Contact: hello@datargo.com. The service stores selected project knowledge and makes it available to authorized clients. It does not transfer running processes, a computer’s files or an entire working environment.

Your account and connections

Use an account you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in and client credentials. Check the project and client before approving a connection, and revoke connections you no longer trust. You remain responsible for instructions you give your connected agents.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit Memford to store, reproduce and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including processing by service providers and access by clients you authorize. Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s credentials or content that infringes others’ rights.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, distribute malicious code or bypass access controls or service limits. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

AI drafts and approval

AI outputs may omit details, contain errors or incorrectly identify conflicts. Inspect the underlying source notes before approving a version or acting on a result. Approval of a summary does not replace the original source history. No particular compression ratio, token saving or outcome is guaranteed.

Availability and independent copies

Maintenance and technical faults can interrupt the service. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Connected third-party applications have their own terms and availability. No uninterrupted availability commitment is made here; mandatory statutory rights and obligations remain unaffected.

Free access and future charges

The currently offered access is free. These terms do not authorize a charge or create a paid subscription. Any future paid offer requires separate, clearly stated conditions and your agreement.

Stopping use and data requests

You can stop using Memford and revoke agent connections at any time. Contact the provider for account closure or erasure requests. Deactivating or removing a note in the workspace may preserve original and revision history; see the Privacy policy.

Statutory rights

Liability and consumer rights remain governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Publishing a revised page does not by itself establish your agreement to changed contractual terms.

Consumer dispute resolution

For complaints or a dispute concerning Memford, contact hello@datargo.com. Statutory rights and the right to bring proceedings before a competent court remain unaffected.
