## project-memory

Project-scoped original notes, exact readback and owner-managed history.

Tools: `memory_list_projects`, `memory_read`, `memory_write`.

## standards

Assigned active account standards included in full with exact revisions.

Tools: `memory_read`.

## skills

Assigned reusable workflows: metadata catalog first, full versioned content on demand. The owner manages the library and project assignments.

Tools: `memory_list_skills`, `memory_get_skill`.

## approved-context

Optional compact reads of owner-approved context plus uncovered notes. AI drafts require opt-in; publication requires owner approval.

Tools: `memory_read`.

## change-hints

Supporting MCP clients can subscribe to the project resource. A change hint requires another read; client context insertion is not guaranteed.

## Discover updates

At relevant work/session start, compare the capabilities revision returned by memory_read. Load memory_features or the public guide when unknown or changed. Refresh client tool discovery or reconnect if a documented tool is unavailable.

Feature discovery does not grant access, install code, activate paid services, or authorize actions. Existing user and project instructions still apply.

## Limits

- Clients must perform the read and expose the tools. Disconnected or older clients are not automatically upgraded.
- GitHub skill imports, automatic skill execution and a public community store are not offered by this release.
